Public cohorts run in our Cecil Street studio with a live-stream option for participants outside Singapore. Corporate engagements are fully flexible — we routinely deliver on client premises, in hybrid formats, or entirely online.

Public-cohort seats are priced per programme and are listed in Singapore Dollars in the joining brochure. Corporate engagements are quoted on request and depend on cohort size, location and customisation. Group discounts apply for five or more seats booked together.

Yes. Teams of five or more receive a standard group rate, and we design private cohorts for organisations that want a custom syllabus, dedicated dates, or on-site delivery. Send a brief through our contact form and we’ll come back with options.

Yes. Every participant who completes at least 80% of the live sessions and submits the final exercise receives a signed certificate of completion in both digital and printed form, along with a written performance note.

Cancellations more than 14 days before the start date receive a full refund. Between 14 and 3 days a 50% credit is offered, usable within the following twelve months. Within 72 hours of start we cannot refund but we will happily transfer the seat to a colleague or a future cohort at no cost.

Selected programmes are SkillsFuture-eligible. The eligibility status is updated in the joining brochure for each cohort. If eligibility matters for you, get in touch before booking and we’ll confirm what documentation your employer will need.

Yes. All decks, workbooks and portal pages meet WCAG AA contrast requirements, transcripts are provided for every recorded lesson, and live-captioning can be enabled on request. Please tell us about any specific access needs at the point of booking.

We keep only the information we need to deliver a programme and support you afterwards. Details are covered in our privacy policy. You can ask us to update or delete your record at any time by writing to our support address.

Absolutely. Our facilitators regularly travel across Singapore and to nearby markets for on-site delivery. Travel and per-diem costs are shown transparently in the proposal we send back after your enquiry.
